I'm trying to decide whether to go with the standard wheels or the optional beadlock wheels and I can't make up my mind. I'm not planning on doing rock crawling or stuff like that so the extra $1200 for the optional ones seems unjustified, but I LOVE the black finish. On the other side, the standard ones look of different color from the various online pics and the picture on the Order Guide. Does anybody know whether they gonna be black, gunmetal grey or just aluminum color?
Based on the info from Ford it looks like gunmetal with a polished face. I went with the beadlocks because I liked the black finish, I can run beadlocks if I want and most importantly they are forged not cast. $1200 is not unreasonable for a forged beadlock capable wheel.
