tailgate cables

the driver's side tailgate cable on my raptor is taut and supports the tailgate. the cable on the passenger side flexes and doesn't support the tailgate at all unless i stand on the tailgate and then it tightens up. dealership unable to find a solution. anyone else experiencing this issue?

Same here. Not going to worry about it at this point.

 

Ha! I just checked mine and sure is. Well I think mine is made for my fat ass when I sit on the passenger side to compensate.

 

When the frame sags and twists, it'll tighten up.
