Have you tried this FORScan? https://www.f150forum.com/f118/forscan-software-enable-disable-features-your-truck-348987/ It worked on the 2017 models but they had Sony instead of B&O. I have used FORScan for a lot of different modifications and it's awesome!
I’m with you. I have a 2018 raptor and it has the worst sound system ever. No sterio in the front and no rear volume sound in the rear at all. Has anyone been able to solve the problem?

Subscribed... I too am disappointed with the stock B&O system - better than the Sony system - but still weak. What I have found so far is several vendors list the Kicker VSS 200 watt sub/enclosure/amp as fitting the 2018. I've had my 2018 sub out (Dynamatted outside enclosure) and it is the same mounting points as my 2016 King Ranch sub with the Sony system. <Appears> to be the same Amp mounting set up as well. But I have no idea if the electronics are the same or not. I had the Kicker VSS amp/sub and door speaker upgrades and it made the sound decent. Of course the new "Auto Stop/Start System" may interfere with aftermarket components as well...going to have to get the FORScan set up for sure.
Hey Guys, I have replaced the front door speakers with 2way focals and want to get the tweeters to work. They seem to be band passed. I have a 19 with the B&O system Is there a setting that will send highs to the front doors? I also have an aftermarket sub and amp running off the high level from the factory sub amp. It's fine, maybe a bit muddy, but doesn't need help
