Congratulations! Welcome. I would like to comment on how and when but my dealer is a bit different on the purchase order, allocations, etc. I bought in Oct, and I'm still waiting for delivery. It's shipped and somewhere in Kansas being molested by the train crew...LOL

Speaking of DFW area I called David McDavid Ford about their magnetic w/ orange interior accents that was showing to be in transit and the salesman said it was marked $25K over MSRP and they were taking offers!!!!!!! I told them to have a nice day...........so to speak!!!

So for anyone interested, Sil Terhar out of Denver i think still has allocation that's not spoken for and they don't add any mark up.

 

Good lord, yes and i've seen online higher mark ups even over that. Somewhere out there someone will take it for that price which is the said thing for them and great for us in keeping the values up.

 

I did actually see a customers new 2017 in the parking lot this morning when stopping for breakfast. It's getting really hard to wait much longer!!!!

 

Is it safe to assume if my dealer took my order and deposit on 1-6-17 I would be looking at least a month before a build date is even issued. I don't want to sound like a noob and I know Don's build date being issued was probably affected by the holiday plant shut down but just dont want to be pestering the sales manager that took my order. Did anyone just wait and their salesman contacted them or was it like Ralphie in "A Christmas Story" and you just kept calling the dealer?

There is no real rime or reason to when your build will start. It just depends on when the factory pulls your order from the que. Something that may effect the order is the Carbon fiber package, or the bead lock wheels.
