Anyone have a good estimate on what ceramic coating would be? Plan on getting it done soon after i purchase a Raptor to get the best protection. Thanks!
Ceramic coating makes the truck look great and easier to wash and maintain but if you are looking for "protection" you should be looking into Paint Protection Film. The front of my 2017 with 25k miles on it is covered in Xpel Ultimate. Not one rock chip or scratch to speak off. Not even any sandblasting around the lights. I drive on dirt and gravel everyday. You want Film if you are looking for protection. STEK is another very good name in PPF. Much like ceramic coating it has everything to do with the installer. Find a reputable guy. Good luck.
My Ceramic Pro was 1500 and that was a Sliver package Gold was 2000 and Diamond Top was 2500. Well worth they price, hope this helps. Louisiana fyi. Get a good detailer, it really matters with some Ceramic detail experience, clay bar etc.
I would be willing to install Ceramic Company on your Truck, it will take the entire day. You would need to get your truck to Fort Wayne IN, if you provide your zip code via private message I will find the closet dealer to you if that's too far, I think I am over 10 hours.
I found one pretty close, and after doing some research its a reasonable price too for the full truck. Thanks guys! Im going to get partial ppf and ceramic over it.
Hello What does everyone think about under carrage protection? Should I or shouldn't I? Also if so what protection should I go with ?
Depends where you live and how you use your truck. People in winter states doe so often and it seem needed. I am in NOLA so I have no suggestions lol
