I was driving down the road and saw a transport truck em with new fords on it and I had the feeling one of them was mine. I was staring the truck down as it passed me. To my surprise my truck was there on the back . I was so excited I followed the truck to the dealership. Watched them offload it and I hopped right in. In my initial walk around I noticed a scuff in the bumper. It looked like just salt from all the snow until I wiped it off and noticed a dent and a scuff. Whoever loaded it up. Must of backed into something. It wasn't new damaged because the scratch already had been weathered. For at least a few days. Dealership ordered me a new bumper. Which is a little annoying to have to deal with this. But other than that I'm extremely happy with my truck. I only got to put 30miles on her today tho. Tomorrow is a new day and I have more time to spend with her. I was already committed to other things for today.

I didn't get the plastic tailgate thing either. I wouldn't have minded either way, but I like it without.

Congrats with the new truck. Also like the truck without the applique. Would have been nice if Ford designed the tailgate with the word RAPTOR embossed into the metal across the tailgate. It looks like they may do something like that for the 2018. I think its stamped with F150. Anyway enjoy brother, enjoy!.
I had a similar problem with my piece of shit SRT Jeep (never buy one)...Service guys kept fucking shit up on my truck..They dropped a rim on the lug nuts when doing a rotation and didnt tell me...After arguing with manager to get me a new 1300 dollar rim i called srt and they gave me 14 free oil changes and 14 free tire rotations for the fuck up..was nice of them but the truck couldnt hold onto to me always in shop traded in for the Raptor. Call FORD Performance and bitch that you ordered a Raptor and came damaged they might hook you up with some free shit..worth a try
That sucks donkey nuts!!!! Sorry to hear man. Mine just got to the dealer today but i'm not close enough to run down and see it. Hope not to have the same issue. One step closer.......
