Any idea on fuel tank size? Fun story. I ordered by 2011 with the 36 gallon tank option. First time I went to fill it up the pump stopped filling at 26 gallons and would not take more. I was so pissed, convinced they gave me the smaller tank...turns out it was the first time I hit the $100 fill limit at a gas station. Only with the raptor. Had to fill using two cards so Amex didn't think it was fraud.
I think it's a safety for spills, prabably be little again if they are conserving waite and saposto be better mpg
I remember seeing something about a smaller tank on the 15+, not sure if it's an option or not for a bigger tank, never looked into it since I wasn't looking at them anyhow. I could have sworn 10-14s it was 36 screw, 26 scab. I could be wrong, wouldn't be the first time haha.
even tho the scabs are lighter they need fuel way before the screw most of the time. I'd just get the bigger tank IMO even tho on run's we all carry extra gas me e-30
Not as an option, SCREWs get the 36 gallon tank as base configuration. SCABS get the 23 gallon tank. It's clearly detailed on the first page of the Raptor section of the Order Guide if you'd just take the time to read it (page 23, Exterior section, Lines 1 & 2). Really guys, if you love these trucks enough to spend $50-$75k on them, you really need to understand EXACTLY what you're getting for your money. Read, Memorize and UNDERSTAND the Order Guide and Price List, use the Excel Build & Pricing Tool that I built to figure out what you need or want and exactly what it's going to cost, then either make a commitment or not. It's all good. Respectfully,
I might be screwed but it's ok. Raptors are not bred to be next to the TV. They may knock my beers over.
Don't start this garage fit again , I need to get a framer over to do some take offs of reconfigure a 2 door spilt I to one large door Ugh, Maybe she will fit with some Astro
