What kind of money per wheel are these? ballpark?

 

So if we haven't taken possession of our trucks by December 22, there's two weeks of the plant being shut down and no one's going to get their trucks until the mid part of January then correct

 

I'm not sure the shipping/rail companies are related to the plant shutdown. In other words if the trucks are already built awaiting shipment not sure the plant shutdown is relevant.

 

I was thinking that for employees had to be there to sign off on the loading of the truck in the condition in transfer slips and all that stuff but it would be nice if they continue to hauling throughout the break

You would think so, most people would be lucky to get the week off between xmas and new year that would be 9 days.

 

No. We might have worked at one point. I was an instructor at 6RTB. We do jumps and what not when time permits. They were in the transition phase from Bragg to Florida when I left. Our camps were next to each other in the back woods of Eglin/Lower Alabama...LOL. If he ever jump or done some prescuba at the Ranger camp than we might have met.

 

I'll ask him next time I see him. he was a E8 when he retired and finished up his career at ft carson. some cush desk job prior to riding off into the sunset.

 

the plant closes from dec 23rd thru jan 3rd.

 

People will be working through xmas shutdown. It is usually general practice to try to empty the lots of vehicles that are cleared to ship on down production weeks.
