Anybody have a build date with beadlocks this month or March? Dealer says I could get my truck built quicker if I drop the beadlocks. ..... the rumor is that Ford fresh out of beadlock wheels.
Don't fall for it, I was told on December 10 if I dropped the Bead Locks that they would start building my truck and 7 weeks later still don't have a build date. I did order the CF and will not drop that. My local dealer got in a Raptor with the Carbon Fiber and it rocks.
and on more thing that really pisses me off....I got a video showing Raptors being loaded on a ship for China....they get their Raptors and us loyal USA FORD OWNERS have to wait. FUC CHINA.
My dealer in southern California called today and told me that if I did not delete the bead locks that I would loose my allocation. I was told that bead locks are an indefinite delay. I did delete and my build wad pulled today. I did inform the dealer that I expect that they will find a solution by the time the truck arrives.
what i found out is ford and dealers are a bunch of money grubbing whores to be frank. there are at least 3 fully loaded raptors 30miles away and unless you wanna pay 15-25k over sticker they not moving. orders are being prioritized by who is willing to pay the most. options and all that other shit dont matter. the days of customer service and ford loyalty dont mean dick
when did you drop the bead locks ? I dropped on the 14 of December and still don't have a build date. I am getting my dealer is messing with me so they can keep it and sell it way over MSRP. They sold it to me for MSRP because this is my 4 truck with them.
Beadlocks got dropped last Thursday, order got picked up Friday. Yet, it was moved to a priority 01 sometime in January... great dealer sold the allocation to me at msrp.
I think potential buyers just have to make damn sure the dealer has an allocation and the order is placed in your name.
Matt, I have an order in supposedly scheduled for Feb 13 build with beadlocks and carbon fiber. My order and deposit was back in July. Dealer tells me there are no commodity shortages indicated regarding cf and beadlocks. Just passing on info given to me by salesmen.....so it must be true.
