just had it ceramic coated. At first was ver scheptical however they do the color correction which literally removed all imperfections and swirls that came form the factory and dealer from washing. Then a few coats of ceramic later beyond gorgeous. These pics do no justice as compared to the sun. Going to bike week in my this week and hope to take some better pics on the beach. So if you were thinking about I will say worth it.
I did the same procedure to my '16 Limited and it was amazing. I'm a little more skeptical to do this on my Raptor as this thing will see the offroad and I don't want to waste my money on cleaning a truck like this only to destroy it.
It is not a waste, trust me I thought the same. It helps with the minor scratches, dings, etc if you want complete autonomy not destroy it, get a wrap. I have run 3 offroad trips including MOAB with the ceramic and my raptor looks close to when it left the dealer on purchase day 2 years ago
Point taken. I really want to Xpel wrap it, but I have to hold off on that a while as it's quite expensive to do the whole truck, especially after a full paint correction.
