I bought my 2018 Raptor made in October 2018 off my dealers lot. It has the 802A package and every bell an whistle you can get. However it doesn’t have heated rear seat. Is this an option the dealer could have not ordered or did something get messed up and wasn’t put in by accident? Just confused.
It is an option. Mine came with it, dont need it but must be bought by itself for like 300 dollars I beleive
Sure, I went back and looked, option is only 125. Should be standard for that cheap ass option. My cell bill is more than that
Is there a chance Ford still installs the same seat with the heat element inside and just doesn't provide the rear switch? May the harness be installed as well? I know on many options things get half installed because it's just easier to do on the line when being built.
I would also like to see if someone has done this or knows what is needed. Was kinda pissed after buying it and realizing my raptor didn’t have the rear seat heaters. Would be nice to have since I’m always going up to the snow
I can find all the seat pads and switches but not the related harnesses which looks like needs to be added too. I cant find any related threads without someone going off the rails about aftermarket ones. I figured it will cost around a G to add and I’m ok with that. I would actually get the use out of them. I’m really hoping someone has done this and can advise what all is needed and part numbers for the harnesses. I haven’t had any luck finding harnesses online or directly from a couple dealers. I also have the 802a package and every other option available. Thanks Ford
Hi Leadfoot22 I am in the same situation with my truck. Did you end up completing this project on your truck? If so, can you share the harnesses as I did see the seat heaters pads.
