Second Oil Change on my '19 Raptor today. 2,500 miles since first change, Just over 5,000 miles total on the truck. If it used any oil during the second 2,500 miles, it was so little that I couldn't tell any difference on the dipstick. The last 2,500 has included a roughly 900 mile road trip at 75 mph plus.

2 000 miles and dipstick is full.
    1st change at 5 000 miles.

Are you saying your truck was low on oil?

Just changed oil at 10,000 miles. May have used a pint at most. Was till pretty much in the same place on the dipstick as when it was changed at 5,000 miles.

Another data point, got low oil pressure warning on my 2019 at 6200 miles. Was down a few quarts of oil. No bueno.

Dealer did a free synthetic oil swap and now almost 4K miles into this oil change and it’s down less than half a quart.

So, oil consumption has basically stopped. Yay!

I have a 2019 Raptor and in less than 3000 miles it ran low on oil. According with TSB 19-2232 the dealer changed the oil and they told me to keep an eye on consumption. Not even 1000 miles later it wasted another qt of oil so the dealer replaced the valve covers and some hoses all according with the TSB... After this, 1000 miles later my Raptor is again 1qt down so replacing the valve covers did nothing but waste my time - the oil consumption is the same as before. My Raptor is close to 5000 miles now and is using 1qt per 1000 miles more or less. According with the Ford TSB the normal oil consumption would be 1qt in no less than 3000 miles. I called the dealer again and they were trying to tell me that 1qt/1000 miles is normal for a Raptor - this makes no sense! Planning to drop the car to the dealer again...

Update on My 2018. After 3rd oil change at @7500 miles. It does not appear to have used any more oil.
    Currently @10,000.

Get it to the dealer and start the process. No amount of oil usage is acceptable. Do not let them tell you that. You most likely need the new design valve covers. This has stopped oil usage on some, but others had deeper issues/damage causing more oil to be consumed.
