Same in Louisiana. 40 is the front tint limit. I did 45 to fronts n 5 to the rears n back window.
Damn, Im rocking 5 percent all in the back with 40 percent in the front which is the closest to legal in Louisiana.
Mine does it for 10 or so secs too and goes away n turbos kick on n sound fine. My 2 cents.
