Quick question about tire rotation. Is the tire rotation diagram shown in the 2017 F-150 owner's manual accurate. The way it displays it, it means that the stock tires are bi-directional. Has anyone done a a tire rotation yet? Thanks

The BF Goodrich A/T KO2 are Bi-directional so rotate using the X pattern. I spoke to a tech at BF Goodrich about When to rotate these tires. He said the simple answer is b/t 7500 and 8k miles. There are 3 criteria that reduce those intervals - towing frequently / carrying heavy loads in bed / what kind of driving you do and on what surface. So spirited driving on pavement rotate sooner. Hope that helps!

I have 7k miles on truck now and will be doing my rotation in the next 500 to 600 miles..

Dude, I just rolled past 26,000 miles on my rig. Rotate them about four times now and they're holding up pretty well

Oil and rotate every 5000 miles, the works. Done that to the last 4 vehicles I've owned and got great mileage out of my tires.

I do the same as Vikes, every 5k oil change and tire rotation, while I'm on the subject, I also usually get my tires "balanced" at every tire rotation as well. Does anyone have factual data to support that's overkill? I've always wondered that, however I have not cared in the past because the place I buy my tires from does that for free but now with my Raptor I take it to the dealer to get serviced and they charge extra for "balancing" when I get the rotation done, so my question is, what are the benefits (if any) of balancing at every tire rotation and is it worth it or a waste of money?

These were actually held at ramp 59 for a long time post launch due to many other issues that were mainly transmission and engine related. Each truck was worked on several times as they found things needing fixed.
