When did you order? When Did you Recieve your Raptor?

Just got my VIN and Build date!!! SO pumped! build date is 4/24!

 

I am sure it will be worth it. I am getting the answers I want. Just trying to figure out how many months it took from order date to getting the truck. seems like a average of 5 months with Allocation which I have. I am a little nervous with delays and will not drop the carbon fiber package. I did get the Reg Wheels so I hope that helps. The whole news on the China shipment also makes me nervous. I hope it gets here soon. there were 3 allocations and the the 2nd order came in 2 months ago and I ordered 3 weeks after him.

 

I ordered mine July 30 , 2016 and was expecting 3-4 month wait since my last two Fords ( 11' Raptor and 13' GT500 ) were about that long but I had the CF and beadlock wheel options . The dealer called me in January and said that if I cancelled those two options it would get built , so I cancelled them . The truck was built Feb 21 and I took delivery a week ago ( March 23 ) . The entire process was very frustrating this time but it is worth the BS cause this rig is awesome !!!

 

Ordered 12/28, I received the VIN about a month later, it took about a week to populate the window sticker. Once I had the window sticker that showed a build date of 03/08/17, I checked Ford ETIS https://www.etis.ford.com/ a day after the build date, and it was in fact built on 03/08. Two weeks later I took delivery on 03/24/17, it actually showed up 3 days earlier than my ETA date the dealership gave me. I live in Maryland, and went through a large dealership in NC to get mine, I was their last allotment for the year. Overall the process went smooth, and I can tell you it is worth the wait, the truck is FRICKEN BAD A$$.....but like everyone else on here I was checking every website I could, everyday, all day, to see if I could gather any more information about the truck. The only advice I have is to go through your dealership they have the most up to date info, and don't bug them that much, and they will give you what you need...I know it's hard.

 

what options do you have on your Raptor? Bead lock rims? Carbon Fiber Package?

 

Just got my VIN number this morning from the dealer, ordered 1-16-17. First news I've had but at least it's something. Think I've been reading its about a week after you get VIN to find out build date and 3 days until I'll be able to see window sticker?

 

Congrats man! You and I both, I bet our babies roll off together! Just got it this morning. Dealer told me ford is ahead of planned schedule and I will get it first week in may.

 

Hell yeah Nextmeister I'll be spending the next couple of weeks deciding/picking out some wheels

 

I ordered on November 5th and I just got word today that my truck will be built in the beginning of May... Seemed like it took forever. I just hope that there are no further delays. I am now waiting on a VIN # so I can track it.

So I ordered mine in August from a dealer that I have dealt with for years. MSRP. He had 5 allocations for 2017 and I was #6, so I didn't get a 2017, but I was #1 for 2018. Just got a VIN last week, so hoping it won't be too long now. No build date yet. Blue, no beadlocks, no CF or graphics, but everything else.
Could have bought some at over MSRP, but that goes against my "grain". So I wait.
