my build date was 4/9 and first eta was 4/17 then eta moved to 4/30 then 5/1 . COTUS has no tracking for me , called customer service and only got the new eta's .cs could not confirm built. I have no confirmation that the truck is even built . there is a ticket with JCT trucking with a pending stat . I would just like to know is it built. I have not called the dealer because I told him I would try not to bother him . but I will call him on 4/17 ( the first eta date ) sorry for the tears but I'm freaking out here. any help with tracking would be great. thanks
COTUS usually does not work for FP vehicles, if at all. Go here: https://www.etis.ford.com/home.do Select Vehicle, input VIN It may take a few days after the built for the actual build date / options to appear. If it shows a really funky looking date (110000033 - or something) - that is a "placeholder". Got your window sticker yet? thanks .I do have the vin and window sticker. I have looked up etis before with only the general info but today it shows the complete build sheet . so that confirms it was built on 4/9
Once mine was built the only real info on where it was and eta came from my dealer, ford performance was no help other then verifying it was where my dealer said it was. If it was built on the 9th you should be seeing it any day, usually takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 weeks, there's been a few that have went over 30 days
