Sweet Jesus, you Da Man!!!!! Thanks, now that i've figured out how to make changes and now know what to change i should be in business. Will play with this more this afternoon and hook up with Sapper_Out later in the week to help get his truck done too...... Thanks VT, owe you a drink when i'm up your way!!!!!
I've got to say, i turned off the fake engine noise and it makes a world of difference two fold: 1, It pumped massive "White Noise" into the cab. Without that it really improves the audio quality (ya, i already did the upgrade but either way it's a massive impact to audio quality) 2, The truck is now luxury car quiet.
Other way around, turning off the fake engine noise got rid of all the white noise you don't realize is there. Truck is so much more quiet now when you drive and if you have the radio/audio on the sound quality is noticeably better
Just a quick update: Sapper_Out has had the changes he wanted made and i believe everything is fine with him. All of my changes have seemed to work also without any issues; Double Honk is gone Engine noise gone Auto Start stop gone Auto Fold Mirrors is now on Secure Idle is now on Driver Seat belt reminder off Will dig into other staff at this weekends road trip.
Yeah I'm definitely going to have to research the how too part but will purchase all the necessary equipment to do Forscan
Take the spreadsheet and add an extra line below each line you plan to make changes to. In this extra line note what the code was before you make the change so that you have the original code if you need to go back and reset it.
