Thanks for the help. My bad if I'm in the wrong thread - seemed everyone was talking transmissions here.

 

Hit the - paddle shifter. They come back on

 

Just push the + paddle shifter.

 

Oh.... maybe it's left one.... I just mess around with them both til I get my gears lit up..... um, that's what she said anyway.
