    This email is a notification on the status of your Raptor Ford 2017. The vehicle is being transported to the Port of Aqaba in Jordan. Further documents will be forwarded in order for the consignee stated, to receive the vehicle upon its arrival. Due to vessel capacity limitations we were unable to load your cargo on voyage ***E. We have been looking into different alternatives and the best option is to plan your cargo on voyage ***E and further connect to reach final destination at a new estimated time of arrival of March 9 2017. Please keep all official documents in hand including consignee official passport to facilitate the new vehicle arrival at the Port of Aqaba in Jordan. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

    Guys- my dealer reports my truck is built and gave me the VIN #. Is there a website that you know of that I can use to enter my VIN and lookup the window sticker an status of my truck? (ordered 8/6/16!)
    THX for all your help.

    Try www.etis.ford.com Then click subcategory Vehicle. Provide your VIN. I have been told this works to get vehicle features. I'm still waiting for my build supposedly at end of March. Good luck!

    Your dealership has access to this.. it's exactly what Ford Performance is going to look at if you call them. As you can see, it tracks the vehicles every move while enroute to destination.

    Using the rail car number, I was able to call the rail company and, through their automated service, I was able to get a real-time location of my truck instead of bugging the dealership all the time.
