anybody have a phone number for ford services , or a web site . I don't do FB cause I have a stupid phone. a ask this because I have placed my order and have an order number but no vin or build date and would like to track .
Hey, It'll take a little hunting but all of the information your needing at this point to track your truck is here. I saw someone had posted a long ass post here and it's not that complicated. You may be able to search posts by me and find the one i put out a few months ago and it has all of the links you'll need. Unfortunately i just deleted all of them off my favorites. Short and sweet; not much you can do at the moment. You have an order # It now sits and waits until the regional sales mgr pulls it and puts it in queue then it's a few days for it to get a build date and VIN (Ford Performance won't give you this info: http://www.ford.com/help/contact/) you have to get it from your dealer. There's a link floating here to use once you have your vin to get your build sheet/window sticker There's a few other links floating here to see when it's off the production and when it's been picked up to ship and that site will give you it's location through shipment. All i can say is be patience, Ford doesn't do a great job communicating this to you. You have nothing but time now so search around the site here for the old postings with the links i've mentioned. It'll help answer some things and kill some time. In the end, it'll be worth the wait!!!!!!!
