G and Vikes, I wanted to ask you guys about the Bakflips. This will be my first time trying them, I have the Bakflip MX4 in the garage waiting for a truck LOL. How have yours been with keeping water out? I had the Truck Covers USA roll up, similar to a roll n lock on the 350. it was good, had some water intrusion.

My old one was awesome at keeping water out. This Raptor has gaps in the bed so if I get water it will probably be from the truck and not the cover. Now hail caused it's own problems, lol.

Agree with vikes. No water problems ever. This time around I didn't install the drain tubes either that come with every bak flip. Installed the bed cover and weather tech wind deflectors in about an hour total

Ok cool, Thanks for the info. I'm looking forward to it. Have the Ventvisor in-channel deflectors and Weather tech floor liners waiting.

Maybe G disagrees since he replaced his, but the Raptor all weather matts are pretty nice. I would look into sending them back and saving the money. I know they have a good return policy because I did it with my wife's.

I agree with Vikes the all weather mats that come with the raptor are good. The only reason I put new mats in mine was because the wife got them for me for a present.. I do like the husky's mats tho

Not a bad Idea Boyz. I usually keep the Org. Mats and put them in a box in the attic. When I sell the truck years later I throw the Org. mats back in and pull out the old worn ones. helps with re-sale.

I don't think the all weather mats will wear. Just wash and go.

Now the carpet ones I keep safe, ;)

Do those window visors have a low or thin profile, I seem to think they bubble out in my limited attention span

What did you sell your OEM wheels for ? I want to sell mine too but not sure how to go about it .

Nice wheels and clean truck , go get it dirty now

Last question, I need a stubby antenna, does it matter what brand I go with or it's height. The OEM antenna hits my garage door

So the window visors are a lot lower profile than the ones I had on previous trucks. These hardly stick out much at all.
Haven't sold my OEM wheels yet. Probably going to list them on Craigslist.
I took my craven stubby antenna off of my gen 1. Works great

Didn't raise the front. I don't like messin with the suspension on these trucks. It's already fine for my needs,Besides I didn't see any noticeable front sag so no value for me to raise it. Just my opinion
