My suggestion, talk to a lawyer. They will meet you for free and if they feel you have a case have them write a letter to the dealer. Minimal cost and usually takes care of issues.

Sapper, you have my respect for not going ballistic on those blood suckers. If my truck ever gets built, I hope my dealer upholds his agreement to MSRP - wish I could help in some way.

Sapper, I picked mine up tonight (will post pics tomorrow) ordered at MSRP and walked out the door at $1000 UNDER MSRP. Very Happy. Your dealership = B.S.

That's strange, but good for you. Don't really see why a dealer would sell it to you for less than you already agreed.

sorry to hear that. if i see those pictures correct thats AutoNation. I didnt go to them for that reason (im in north dallas) They are some shady people there. i got one of my older other F150s from there and they are some scammers.
if you have a signed order sheet showing price and deposit that is legally binding i would think. ur call sue their ass. if we get enough of these shady deals we should team up and class action sue Ford imo.

I had a bad experience with my initial salesman and was very unhappy. The GM took $1000 off as a peace offering.

My dealer tried the same thing and said if i didnt want they could sell for 5k more.. Contacted my lawyer that night. Had all documents dating to last July with emails and contract price at MSRP. Sent this to lawyer. He emphatically stated based on what I sent them that what they are doing constitutes "Fraud". He said we could go after them for differential between MSRP and Fair Market Value.( I provided info from 4 other dealers in the New England Area with there prices for in stock vehicles.) plus compensatory damages. He was throwing around initial numbers of 50k total since the courts just luv these kind of litigations. Called dealer in morning and presented these facts. Long story short picked up vehicle two days later at MSRP.
