It's time to play the attorney card.

 

My girlfriend is an attorney

But trying not having to pull the GF card

Really not sure what legal standing I have for them to execute a contract, I gave them a deposit but I've see they didn't write a physical contract as I don't do that. But there might be something there I gave them consideration for a product at a set price and now the change in the price five months later down the road when I could've went elsewhere and got it for that same price

 

There's something about a verbal gentleman's agreement with handshake. Did they print the original order form showing details on the truck ordered with price total?

I am feeling pretty good about my position after talking to my attorney , GF now.

I could cause more in their atty fees and hassle if this gets nasty, mine is pro bona and chomping at the idea of settling this so she doesn't have to hear me bitch about "why isn't my truck here yet ?"

My 11/3 build just arrived AZ, picking up on Wednesday. I would hope the dealer would clean it up a little since I spent $78K! Looking forward to the drive back to CA for once.

On any of the paperwork they gave you when you left deposit have the price on it?

 

I would pay some teenagers to stand in front of the dealership with some fucked up signs if they stick it to you and charge you the 10 over thats bullshit

 

My order sheet has the price by line item
Hoping they see the light and honor the deal , I believe I have my ducks in a row for a good battle should it go wrong

The order number is my initials plus 01 on the order sheet print out I got when order was placed

 

Also they had to have your ID to place that order that puts your name on that truck.

 

the Ford Etis shows my truck was built on 10-31 and it still has not left the factory. Maybe you should keep this alive as some of us still have not taken delivery of a truck. my dealer has no idea of when it will be here. I am in South Louisiana so i probably won't get mine until sometime in 2020. (JJ) I have called everyone that I can to find out something but have no answers. This is what it supposed to look like, so I can only look at pictures and dream that it is in my driveway.

 

As I stated in my synopsis, once you are built Ford Performance is the only way to get ANY info!
