Does anyone have any insight why you can't configure a Ruby Red exterior color option and get the orange interior accent with it? Also, why does the ruby red paint option cost extra? Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
Well you see the Ruby red costs more because they have to grind the wings of fairys to get that pigment, and I'm guessing that they lock out the RR and orange accent package because it would look just plain horrible.
Because someone at Ford has good judgment I am lil bitter orange accents weren't offered in early LB builds, so excuse my shitty attitude
Sapper no reason to apologize us early build guys have been thru a lot and are entitled to have a shitty attitude once in awhile. We ordered early with expectations of getting our trucks early. Well that didn't happen and we got hosed!! Then ford doesn't tell us shit for weeks as our trucks sit at some fucking ramp 59! So ya we can get a little shitty about the process once in awhile

Well stirring up peoples feathers was not my intention, I've been trying to research this myself for the last couple of days and the only thing I was able to find was pre-September the build calculator was not letting you put orange interior accents on LB and that sucks for early build guys that might have wanted to option their trucks that way before being corrected but after someone's VIN was assigned. I simply was reaching out to you early build guys that possibly had more knowledge on the subject.

I think all colors come with gifts in the glove box. If I remember, silver comes with a years subscription to AARP and a complimentary wheelchair parking tag.
Dadgummit, I should've ordered the silver instead of lightning blue to get the old fogy perks. What does blue get?
