line-X no go. they wanted to keep my truck for another week and repaint the entire bed. You can guess what I told them!! LOL not that worried about scratches in the friggin bed.. Was worth a shot tho

 

How bad are the scratches? Wonder what they would have been doing in the bed to cause them?

First let me say congrats!

Now the line-X, that's some b.s. they can't spend $500 to make you happy? I hate having anything repainted because it almost never matches perfectly. How much would that have cost them? You would think close to the same as line-x, but I suppose they don't do that at the dealer.

 

My truck like others has been built since October. Scratches in the bed aren't that bad to give them the truck back. I'll live with it!! Happy to have the som bitch

Alright sapper come up with a early build thread to keep it alive. Any suggestions or should we let it die?

 

Hey Gents, Guess what? I can keep the thread alive. Because I will be the last one here in the Oct Builds.
I called FCS and low and behold I get pushed back again.......... WTF, WTF, WTF. I was put on hold for about 10 min as they looked into it because of my frustration. Then i'm told "we can't explain why it was pushed back" my new dates are Feb 7-9th.
So I e mail my dealer and they show that the date changed as well. OOOO So now there going to reach out to the area rep. and we all know how that goes.
So keep the thread alive because I have a feeling I will be the last Oct build

Picking mine up tomorrow. Built 10/26. Delivered to dealer Wednesday but friggin work got n way to pick up sooner.

I see in your signature you have the forged bead lock wheels? Is it too late to change the wheel option? Maybe that is all that is dragging this miserable process out for you? Just a thought.
