I wanted to but I didn't. The dealers said I could get in it and check it but I said no. If it was my truck I wouldn't want anyone in it or mess around in it. The features were the same. The space inside is more than enough to fit a whole squad of linebackers. The twin roof is bigger than it seems on internet pictures. 8 miles on the screen. I am 5'8, brown, and ugly and this thing looks like a pull-up bar to get in it. I could barely touch the roof! He has a black one coming, I'll definitely pick that one apart. They close at 8 and I showed up around 730, so I didn't want to keep them waiting for some Islander drooling over someone's truck lol. Sorry brothers!
The shipment company has it. Nothing news. ETA is Jan 6. Ha! I'll believe that when I see it. It's a Courtesy Delivery, so it is hard to find going through Phil Long here due to security reasons and what nots.
Josh made these for me. It'll be the dark blue ones. I'm getting the F150 and the little Raptor on the Tailgate in blue too. Just have to get the truck!!!
Phil Long Ford in Motor City, Colorado Springs. Has everything except, -No rear heated seats -No Tailgate appliqué And 83 miles on it. (I just puked in my mouth) Asking 15-25 over MSRP. I puked again. Someone will buy it. Just not this poor humble kid from the block! LOL
Unreal!! When they made me sign that disclosure that I wasn't going to sell my raptor I thought it was a joke. But now I realize how insane people can be...also my truck has been delivered!!! However, I'm currently enroute to the sandbox. Only two and half more weeks until I'm back tho yeehaww
Is this normal on a brand new vehicle? Rust. Axle looks brown like me, and the arm going to the boot looks like something you pick up at the RedLight District in Holland...
That's bullshit, the truck cost to much money to have unpainted parts like that. Now you feel like you have to crawl under it and work on it. Granted it wont take much work (Extend Rust time) its just the point. Of course it probably got driven around a bunch on salty slushy roads, you can see the white salt on the parts and tire. I'd be pissed if it was my new truck.
Looks like you have something to do with your time off, I'd get some amsoil hd and get to work. I am expecting the same thing when I go get mine based on several folks having the same issue
I'm sorry that's just total BS! I understand the extra testing and the mileage. what I just don't understand is that I buying a new vehicle, they can have someone with a pressure cleaner there to knock off the road salt and grime before load out. I know we want our trucks already, and many of us have waited a crazy amount of time. I'm just not cool with that If I see it in that condition I'm thinking of asking for the dealer for something off the final agreed price. I don't care if it's a couple hundred off. What would your time be valued at after buying a 70,000 dollar truck? Sorry for the rant, i'm just bothered that anyone of us should have to accept a vehicle in this condition.
Truck has been sitting waiting for me a week now at the dealer....made it back from an undisclosed location but now I have 11 days left in Fayetteville until I get that ish!
