Any way of checking on an order other then through a dealer. All i can get out of my dealer is that the order was accepted but nothing further.
If you have an order # the dealer # and you're on Facebook, you can contact Ford Social through Facebook to ask. You will need to provide last name as well. You can also call Ford customer service to provide the same info..

Did MAS furnish a dealer number for you? They looked at me like I had something growing out of my forehead when I asked.
The issue that MAS customers are having is the format. Our numbers will not show like the rest of the CIV that ordered. Talk to Sarah and see. She was very helpful with me and she did stated that 6 vehicles were in the order system. Some of them are being built with VIN numbers, and some are waiting build date. I am still waiting on her to give me some specifics. Either way brother, hang in there. These dates from the sound of what NY and Ford is telling me...it will be earlier than written on our orders. NY mentioned the inspection line being another long process to make sure all of our beasts are good before release. I am fine with that being an issue why it's being pushed to the right. NY explained to me the process for our orders, and it makes so much sense yet its too long to write about it. Long story Long...it is really about allocation per month for build. MAS is allowed a certain amount of orders per month for build, so if Ford gives MAS 3 slots for Dec, it is a first come first serve ordeal. So the first three that ordered will get the month of Dec, Dec being an example month, BTW. The great news is we have them locked in to be built. We have our orders in. And we are getting them sooner than we think. I am willing to bet you a six pack of Blue Moon when you get to Colorado that you will get your Beast before your dates...a special bird told me... Smile Airborne, its just a static line jump...LOL
Thanks all for the info. I was able to track down the Dealer code & also get my order #. Both Ford and my dealer give the same info, my order has been accepted but no build date assigned. I don't think Santa is bringing me a new truck for Christmas. Hopeful for my birthday in February.....
A lot of us on here have had our orders in since the order banks opened in late July so we know what your going thru. Search the threads here and you'll get a lot of insight. Good luck and stay patient
