Ordered Gen2 7/23/2016

Hi All,

I was on the FRF forums for a while and got a lot of good info from the members.

I ordered a Super Crew, Ruby Red, Lux Package 802A, Caron Fiber 61C, Technology Package 68R, Second Row Heated Seats 90H, Heated Steering Wheel 67H, Twin Panel Moon Roof 43V, Tailgate Applique 66R, Tailgate Step (with Tailgate Lift Assist) 63T, I got for $50 dollars over invoice plus $995 to have it dropped shipped to a dealer near me in CA.

 

Do you mind sharing your connection? Local dealers near me are 5-10k over msrp for th pleasure...

It was LOUISBURG FORD but they have backed out of all there $50 over invoice deals!! Even if you have a deposit and signed agreement.

I re-ordered one at MSRP from Team Ford in Vegas, Dennis Carroll 702-499-1903 Very nice guy and seems trustworthy.

no I haven't ordered one yet. I never said it was going to arrive in your driveway the day after you ordered it, the thing I was saying is that if you want to order one you can, I never said anything about delivery

Well, maybe when Hootey and myself get our orders in we will come by and tear up some mudding places up yonder. I am down in Colorado Springs.

 

anytime.. . Gen2 Order in on 7-18. Been on the list to order since 2-16 I'm #1 with a order priority of #10. I've got an original gen 1 since they first came out in 2010 and went thru the order process then. Same crap as now. tons of speculation and guessers. ford will milk this for all its worth and these trucks will be hard to come by for years to come. If you do find one on a lot somewhere they will be marked up$$$$$. this was the case with the Gen 1's all the way thru 2014 (last production year). my prediction is it will be the same for the Gen 2's as well.. I utilized the FRF forum in 2010 to get as much info as I could prior to ordering then. FRF still as a ton more info on it than here. Hopefully it picks up on FRF2 .

 

I think it will pick up once we start taking delevery of trucks. Right now we know nothing about the trucks really.
