Hi guys, Don’t know if anyone else has had this problem. Driving down the road today and a loud static sound came out of the radio. The next thing I get a notice that the Bluetooth connection is out. The radio still works though. First tomorrow morning I’ll be going to the Ford dealer to find out what the problem is. I’ll let you all know what I find out.
I haven't had the music go out, but I don't use that often. But I do have the phone disconnect a lot and at times a no gps signal. They have been trying to fix that for several months. It's a known problem but usually gets fixed by replacing the entire unit. I'm on #3.
