Best news! I was hoping I'd be paying around high 50s but there was always the thought with all This tech it'd be 65-70, so I'm glad to hear him say that

Hopefully they do stick to it. Id say starting price in the $48-$52k range then up from there. My cutoff point is $60k-$65k, I wont buy one if its over that with all the bells and whistles.

Same here $60 is my cut off, I could probably swing $65 but I would rather not. I will skip the graphics, sun roof, and bead locks if I have to.

Novice question here , but what would I need beadlock wheels for if I wasn't racing ?

I am in dirt or mud everyday in my Construxtion jobs but would it be necessary for beadlocks??

Beadlock is really good for sand and rock crawling, it makes it so you can air down the tires and not break the bead on the wheels. I could be wrong.

Correct. If you aren't airing down your tires, you don't need bead locks.

I kinda like the euroflange look of the stock rims. Bead locks aren't worth 1600 or however much they'll be. I'll still spring for the pano sunroof, tailgate Applique, tailgate step, spray in bed lined, foldable bed extender and the 802A package. Don't want any exterior graphics or the cf Interior

No, your application wouldnt need beadlocks.

A beadlock rim has a ring around it that has bolts that bolt the bead of the tire to the rim. This allows you to air down your tires extremely low (10-20psi) to increase your flotation and traction contact patch. Without the beadlock if you air down that low there is a good chance the tire will pop off the bead of the rim and youll be left with a flat tire. Airing down that low is great for sand and slow rock crawling but once thats over and you drive home you obviously have to air back up with with or without the beadlocks so you have to have a portable air compressor with you if you plan on airing down.

I air down to 12 psi on the beach with regular rims. If you keep your foot out of it, you'll be fine. Like Zmaster says, an onboard compressor is way handy
