Does anybody know if Ford makes a catch can or air/oil separator for the generation 2 raptor? They make them for the Mustangs.

They do not make a Raptor specific catch can.

No need for catch cans... these engines are port and direct injected. they trade off with each other: under load - direct, cruise - port (I don't know why that information isn't more readily available) sure you can find cases online where the catch cans are full, but have faith in Ford's engineering and the design of these engines.

I agree with the above statement of no need of catch can on the Raptor.

Say what you will, a catch can can prevent or diminish oil that tends to collect at the bottom of the charge air cooler in front of the radiator. It's also still a good idea to keep oil and blow by particles out of the intake manifold. The cleaner the intake air, the better the engine will perform. Is it a must have item - no, but it's still desirable.

I agree with Terry, catch cans can only help especially with longevity. The higher pressure of these engines makes it more susceptible to blow by. It will also improve emissions, if that’s a concern.?
I put a GLT 3.0 can on my new 2019 and collected about a tablespoon of oil in the first 2000 miles. Seems worth the $150 I spent on it.
The fact that Ford makes one ( all be it for the 5.0 liter ) tells me it’s a thing. But probably won’t show up as a problem until 75k miles when Ford wants you to buy a new one anyway.

Do some research, understand why a catch can may be needed and the theory behind it... I wanted one, I love to tinker. But, you will find solid evidence that someone really wants to make a few bucks off you more than protect your high performance truck. 5.0's are completely different engines and the only thing you'll accomplish at the end of the day, is give a few laughs to the Ford techs who service your vehicle.

I fully believe 'each to their own' so have at it gentlemen -
