Ford released info yesterday on this....

    May 14 2019 8236 - 2017-2019 F-150, 2018-2019 Expedition/Navigator - 3.5L EcoBoost - Excessive Oil Consumption - Built On Or Before 1-Apr-2019
Some 2017-2019 F-150 and 2018-2019 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with a 3.5L EcoBoost engine built on or before 1-Apr-2019 may exhibit excessive oil consumption with or without diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P0365 and/or P0369. If there are no visible external oil leaks, replace both valve covers.

Well hater or not that is exactly what is happening to my 2018 Raptor and replacing the valve covers is the solution they have suggested. Fingers crossed it works. The gaskets are still on back order so I will be a month without my Raptor.

Same issue here on a 19. Replaced the covers last week. So far so good...but only a week.

Curious as to what the problem in the valve cover actually is... Are the new valve covers a different part number?

Ford can't seem to keep stock of the HP fuel pump gasket on any engine. People dealt with this all over FocusRS.org during the head gasket fiasco on the 2.3. You would think they'd have ample stock of replacement parts whenever releasing TSB's like this.
