Has anyone had to replace their windshield who has the intelligence pkg? Did yo re-calibrate the camera. This cost 300 dollars. Did anyone make the replacement and not do a calibration. Have you noticed any changes. I'm looking at 500 for the windshield, 300 for the calibration. Really hoping to get away with not having it done.
In case anyone finds this thread and has the same question. I replaced the windshield without calibrating the front camera. The system is functioning as normal and I saved 300 dollars. According to the glass tech it is hit or miss. He also recommended having the dealer do the calibration vs. safelite.
Where the fu** did y’all get them so cheap?! I went aftermarket replacement and i still spend 1k.... I shopped it as well. I now have windshield replacement coverage for $99 a year lol
