Anyone else having a challenge getting truck to scan over wifi and see if software updates are available? I am only doing this because now my truck has started dropping my bluetooth devices every single time I drive 2-3 minutes after startup and I start driving. My plan is to have dealer look at it when I am in for oil change next week but wanted to check with the rest of the community in the interim.

Mine dropped calls like that for a couple weeks. But 3 months or so have gone by with nothing. Fingers crossed of course

Not saying these are related, but I experienced frequent drops with by Bluetooth. Initially, thought it was my POS phone - which worked flawlessly in my other blue-tooth (blue-teeth?) equipped cars; however, I began noticing glitches in the Navigation system (screen freezes, No GPS, indications that I was doing donuts in the local cemetery when I was, in fact, 200 miles south on an interstate, etc.). This, combined with periodically slothful touchscreen interface led the dealer - after two lengthy stays - to realize that the Sync 3 controller (I think it was the APIM, but the also R/R another F-controller, too) as faulty. When the software update didn't work, they replaced it under warranty. Bluetooth works, no longer going to hell for doing donuts in cemeteries (even if only in my Truck's nav's brain), etc.
    Good luck.
