Question on lighting for shifter area

The scale around the shifter on a 19 raptor . The scale PRNDM. Does it light up at night . Mine doesn’t . Reason I ask is I have had some wiring issues that delayed taking my truck home after Bought it .

 

Mine does not lite up
I don’t think it’s supposed to.
The scale for the shifter in the dash display is lit up.

I have a 2019 also

Same it doesn’t light up. Seems kinda odd to me.

 

Builds after May 18 I beleive do not have the lights. Mine may 17 built in June 17 Id have to recheck

 

I was told there’s a button on the side of the shifter that turns the light on.
