Does anyone know if I attach my EZPASS to the mesh area of the windshield will it still read properly? I want to put it somewhere it won’t be visible from outside. I think it ruins the look of the windshield. Thanks.

I don't know about attaching your pass to the windshield. When driving the PA Turnpike, I just hold up my pass near the windshield as I approach the gate.

I have had a car wash one attached in the mesh and it worked.

I just ordered a Toll Tag (North Texas). Guessing it may be similar, communicates with RF.
I asked the person that was taking my order if I could put it on the mesh of the
windshield and she said no. She said that the mesh "may" interfere with the RF signal.
I may just scotch tape it up there and test it out.

I have my Sunpass located there and I have no problems at all. On all of my vehicles, this is where I locate it and I have never had a problem.

The only problem is, and I should have included this in my previous post, she also told me that
before I receive it in the mail that I could still drive on the toll roads, in the North Texas area, and that the camera's
would photograph my license plate and associate that with my account. So to truly test it out I assume I would need to
be "out" of the North Texas area.

Well I’ll give it a try. Worst that can happen is I get a bill.

I've had my I-Pass (Illinois) fastened to the mesh for over a year with no problems.

It read mine in my center console when I didn’t want it to so I could turn my receipts in to the company.

I have my mounted on the windshield where the mesh is and it works fine. No problems whatsoever...
