Our regional ford rep just informed us that raptor order banks will be open next week. Trucks should start hitting dealer lots late June.
So people are going to be ordering trucks they do not know the price of and do not know the technical specs? Makes sense.
Don't see why not, Raptor is just a trim level of the F-150. The last batch of Raptors were built on the same assembly line with lesser F-150's, at the Dearborn Truck Plant.
Curious that Ford just announced that the 10-speed tranny production will begin in June, to be introduced with the 2017 F150's. That means that they're starting tranny production 3-4 months ahead of the truck. That doesn't seem right. You'd think it would be 30 days or maybe even less.
