Alright! I'm looking to see if i can get some help/recommendations on an intercooler relocation upgrade kit for my Raptor. Main reason is I want to add a winch to my raptor. looking at adding a pretty simple system from swarf works without having to replace the entire bumper.
    https://swarfworks.com/shop?keyword...-winch-mount&page=1&sortOption=ascend_by_name

I looked at other bumpers but just like how smooth my stock looked.

I've looked online at several different kits. Looked at the
    - Whipple Stage 1 Kit
    - ADD Intercooler
    relocation bracket
    - AFE Blade Runner (looks just like the ADD one)

Not sure if how many other. I think these were the 3 big names. But looking for suggestions,
recommendations for the best kits out there. even if its not listed.

Yes, I know this would effect my Warranty. Several months ago, I saw on other forums that there was a company working on a a relocation kit/upgrade that would be approved for Ford but haven't seen much else about it. Heck, if you guys know anything that would be great. Thank you in advance.

I suggest speaking to swarfworks ! the majority of intercoolers will not work with a winch

The intercooler has to be moved due to it’s location ( winch mounts in the space the intercooler presently occupies). It has little to do with the winch type. This isn’t an application
I would trust to a mechanic that’s doing it for the first time.

We're a reseller for Swarfworks. There are currently two intercoolers that have been tested and proven to fit with various winches/winch mount.

Fits = ADD by AFE intercooler and Full Race V2
Does Not Fit = Wagner and Whipple
Untested = AFE Blade Runner and RPG Offroad

If you have any questions or would like a quote, let us know! ADD intercoolers in stock and we've got Full Race on order (3-4 weeks out).

Thanks for all the info. Yeah I was looking at the ADD Intercooler Relocation kit. Any benefits in the ADD vs the Full Race V2's?

another reason I was leaning towards the Swarf Works winch bracket is that it didn't require the adaptive cruise control sensor to be relocated.

@Warhawk The Full Race V2 and the ADD (now manufactured by AFE) are essentially identical. The winchmount itself is not requiring the relocation of the ACC sensor, it's more the aftermarket intercooler. In order to make room for the winch itself, the new intercooler is required.

We've got ADD intercoolers in stock and Full Race intercoolers about 3 weeks out.
