how they fuxk these up is beyond me,someone didn't testfit these after production=someone didn't do their job at husky
Mine fit ok, it was just odd the drill holes bolting to clips on frame were not in the same spot wrt tire position on either side. My fender holes were drilled in the right spot, sounds like the rest of you guys got some poorly manufactured products!
HUSKY sending me new ones.. Spoke to customer service they admitted some known issues and getting it sorted. They said give them a week or 2..
FUCK HUSKY! After all that waiting and they send me liners that they claim fit the Raptor! Had to take them to a shop for fitment! Each side took around 30mins!
FUCK THEM! THE DAMAGE IS DONE! How could a company with that magnitude and production go wrong with holes on a mold? Thats pretty fucked up! Fuck Husky Liners! I mean I'm sure they had a rig to try them at least for fitment and testing analysis! FUCK HUSKY!
Same problem, called Husky today. They already sent me a fed-x return shipping label, said new ones will be shipped to me this week. Shit happens, I think they handled it well.
Shit is not supposed to happen to a company like that! especially that they took their sweet ass time to make these!
So got my NEW 2nd set Husky Liners late last week and installed this weekend. They do fit and the holes do line up but WHAT A MoFKin' hassle getting them in - they are SNUG and need some man-handling to get the bottom lips on either side inside the well. They are in, fit is good, they are not coming out and so far dont hear any noise or rattling so in the end all is well. good luck.
Where did you order yours from? I'm hesitate to order from Amazon because they might be stocking the older misaligned liners. I was going back and forth between Line X and these husky liners.
Direct from Husky. With all the issue and having already sent the first set back I wanted to be sure. That said Amazon has a no questions asked return policy so I think you are covered either way. Just a hassle if you an old set !
Is there anyway to confirm whether the liners ordered are the new or old mold? Does anyone have comparison photos of both fenders and where the holes are?
My problem was not the holes matching up as much as it was the mold was off or something - I could Not get the first set into the wheel well with the ends on either side up on to the frame - they where way too big - so I didnt see if the holes lined up because I never got that far. Sign up for emails from Husky - they will send you a 10% coupon and just order direct from them.
