I just bought a 2020 raptor last month and it has been making some clicking noises on the driver side doors and the rear door. Does anyone else have that issue ? The dealer has had in there shop for 3 weeks but they are saying it’s normal . Another dealer told me the doors were bad.

I had a similar issue with the driver door on a 2019 Raptor: when open or close the door, it will make some clicking noises. At first did not bother me as they weren't as loud but they slowly gained in the intensity becoming loud pops! For me the source of the problem was the check arm (a $13 part made in Canada) that I replaced with no issue in like 1 hour (I was taking my time trying not to brake anything); I had to remove the door panel, the speaker then replace the check arm from inside the door. Now all the doors are quiet when closing or opening them.

I also have a 2019 with the same issue. Even took it to the dealer and all they did was grease them, seemed to fixed it for about a day. Any chance you could provide a link to where you bought the new control arms? Thank you in advance.

I got it from Tasca Parts, the part number is FL3Z-1623552-A and is the same for front passenger and driver side. For me they did not have it in stock and they had to special order it. I ordered 2 of them so I can have a spare and received them in like 3 weeks...

Grease did not work on mine as well. After I replaced the check arm I broke the old one apart to find what was wrong. There are 2 rollers (one on each side of the arm, top and bottom) that are mounted on plastic guides that have powerful springs inside. Those rollers are supposed to ride smoothly on the arm surface under spring pressure but one of the guides was tilting, rubbing against the case and hitting the arm when coming back in place causing the clicking/popping noises. The grease was still nice and clean inside...
