Hey there everyone and Happy New Year!

Mods, please let me know if this type of post should go in another forum.

With the current market conditions we are seeing with very limited supplies of new and used vehicles, we have been debating selling our '18 Raptor.

It's a fully loaded SCREW with only 18K miles and a handful of Addons to the bed (line X, OEM bed extender, loading ramps etc etc, Revolver X4 tonneau).

We were shocked when KBB showed $67K-$72K just in trade in value, let alone private party sale values. This seems just crazy, considering this is above MSRP on the truck and nearly above the interest we paid on our loan, so very compelling to sell/trade in.

With Omicron not showing any signs of slowing and microchip shortages continuing to be an issue into 2022, seems like a very optimal time to sell.

However, then we get in the dilemma of what to buy, as this is one of our primary vehicles, and it seems nearly any truck/large SUV has inflated values now.

Has anyone had similar thoughts and any decisions/conclusions reached?

Selling would make a great idea with how more you could get for the truck then on normal circumstances but then you would to take that money and buy another over priced truck/car. Only way to make it works is if you sell the truck and don't have to by another one.
