Also, what's the difference between the "Wet" kit and the other, aside from the color? I'm guessing oiled vs not oiled?

Indeed. The only differences are oiled vs dry filters. Gains/filtration are the same.

How so Rapere1? We have a multitude of supported gains on the 5.4 and 6.2L Raptors all over our site. Our 3.5L tunes are still in development. Only factory base numbers have been released by us so far.

I think he was referring to gains expected as it relates specifically to the HOEB Raptor power plant with this intake. Not that much can really be expected from just an air filter swap.. However, for 500 bones, one would expect something by way of an increase. Be it HP or MPG gains and to see it published what the manufacturer atleast anticipates what those could be. IMO

Once we start adding components to our vehicle we will be able to showcase gains over stock and gains of the intake over the tune. The previous year EB with a nearly identical kit (same momentum gt design/layout) added another +12 hp and +15 lb ft to the rear wheels. Not a perfect apple to apple comparison by very close. As for economy gains, nothing really quantifiable there. A fraction of a mpg at best. I would venture to say these kits on the Gen2 motors would be relatively close in terms of end results. Will keep everyone posted as these runs are completed.
