First Deliveries and Delays

For shits and grins I just texted my dealer and girls at Ford Service and await their answers to where is my truck.

Anyone wanna guess response

"Nothing new, check back again next week ". Is the 2:1 favorite

 

my status hasn't been updated since 12/13? WTF. been released awaiting shipment since then

 

Called Ford Performance this morning....still at the plant in Dearborn. Built 10/27. Two months at the plant, going nowhere. Every time I see people getting their trucks or see advertising for delivered Raptors, part of my soul dies. I feel like I'm on some kind of reality show to test when I'm going to completely lose my shit....

 

Called Ford Performance and told mine is going through Iowa. It was in Illinois 24 Dec. No ETA, couldn't tell me why. But did say that once it gets to Denver rail yard it will need to be loaded on a truck and that will take a couple of days.

 

Every bit of if information my salesman has told me has been verified through Ford Performance. So he gives me the best info he can.

 

don has your truck been released and awaiting shipment ?

 

The issue with mine is a courtesy delivery. The dealer here won't be a able to track it until about few hours from delivery to the lot in the Springs. My original dealer code is not the same as theirs. He was talking about his allocations for this week. So I was hoping these allocations might have mine. With my luck, I might not get anything

Build date was 12/14

 

So dealer just emailed me - my truck has made the RAIL journey from Michigan to Mechanicville NY where it was off loaded and awaits to picked up by transport. Im told "couple more days..."

 

Congrats Jared...although this kind of post drives me up the f**king wall. Considering many of ours were built over 2 months ago and they're still waiting at Dearborn. Who-sah....Whoo-Sah.....

 

Ready to ship since 12/4 for me.
