Placed my order for a '17 Raptor, magnetic with everything on it except the stickers. Now the wait begins!
Welcome! What part of Texas are you from? I thought they were all done with taking 17' Raptor orders and putting people on waiting lists for the 18' model...guess not?
Don't believe so, at least ordering is not, what I mentioned was dealers having their own internal "waiting lists" for clients wanting an 18' model whenever in the future that becomes a possibility to order, they will (hopefully) call back and work with those people on a first come first serve basis. I just thought that 17' ordering was all done , meaning all allocations spoken for already but maybe not? RUFdriver, did you order a 17 or did they put you on the list of first production for an 18? Just wondering. Thanks

I can relate! Placed my (very similar Magnetic SCREW) order last month, still don't have a build date (but do have a DORA from dealer and confirmation (of sorts) through FoMoCo SVT that they are (still) in pre-build stage. *sigh* God give me patience, and give it to me right now.
Sorry for late reply. I'm in Houston, all of the dealers are asking over msrp, even my closest dealer where I bought several cars wouldn't budge. I went down the road to the next dealer and gave a deposit after a brief test drive. They called me Friday and said ford accepted the order and to expect an early June build slot. I gave up on the bead locks and CF so I think that helped.
