Auxiliary power?!?!?

    I had the same problem. There are two sets of wires, one is pass through, and the others are hot. Watch this dude's video. Video shows you exactly where the live ones are.

    Problem has been fixed. The wire that runs from the fuse block to the headliner to power the switches was completely missing on my truck. Dealership ran a new wire and now the switches work. Hope no other wires are missing

    Now that's pretty odd. That is part of the harness that goes up there and I have a hard time believing the wire was missing altogether. Makes me think the dealership tech didn't really know what they were dealing with and just refed it instead of truly diagnosing it. JMHO
