Something along the lines of the 1201. It could mount both LED bar and round HIDs

My Hellas already will drive temps up on a hot day working it hard. Doubt the intercooler would like that.

How about the spot between grill and bumper that Ford has been painting(?) the preproduction trucks gray? Still have't heard why this has been the case. Could it be made of plastic or something other than the materials used on the rest of the front end and therefore requires a different painting technique?

Anyway, I'm abviously board and its like Ford is asking us to use that spot for lights.

On the factory order sheet as an option! FFS! I'm buying a $70K truck that I can't get cleanly installed factory fog lights on...

Seriously, they even made it more difficult than before to put a set of lights in the bumper cutouts. Okay, I'm done ranting about this as it's the one thing on both the Gen 1 and Gen2 design that really pisses me off.

Whats wrong with a clean set of rigid dually's for fogs? they make a good adaptor that bolts right on the stock wings. Here.

There isn't anything wrong with those per se, but I'm picky and I like everything to be clean and neat, and to look like it belongs.

Well, you could still buy the mounting plate and find a design that works for you, at least most of the wiring stays clean with the auxiliary switches. I would try a rectangle design, mostly because the headlight pod is a rectangle as well.

Front bumper LED's that would fill the complete area after removing the two plastic bumper inserts to the left and right of intercooler?
    Custom or available in aftermarket?

I think a curved light bar mounted on tow hooks or to lower hood opening ledge that retains OEM bumper use, tow hook use and intercooler airflow; something like these pics:

I tell you, that is a great bar. Minimal, and the lower lights allow air flow into the Intercooler, no more blockage than the License plate mount that we dont use here in FL.

I would also like to see a bar behind the upper grill, doesn't necessarily need to be 40" though. On my 2011 Raptor I fabricated some brackets and was able to mount a Chinese brand 50" light bar behind the upper grill. There is a LOT less room in the Gen 2, however, but I would like to see a solution that is a lot more affordable than the nearly $1K kit Baja Designs is about to release:
