    I figured since I have my Raptor Ordered, I would start a thread on it and the ordering process. I will keep this thread updated during the whole process.

    Order placed as listed above 08/09/2016 at Maplecrest Ford in Union NJ with a $1500 Deposit

    Salesmen contacted me 08/10/2016 with the order number.

    08/10/2016 COTUS shows the following when proper info is put in "A matching vehicle could not be determined. Please contact your dealer to get status updated about your order." If I put in anything other then the proper info I get "No matching vehicle found. Please verify your input and try again." Others have had the same experience with COTUS. I am hoping that confirms my order is in the system and has a "Unscheduled / Clean" Status.

    08/15/16 No DORA as of yet, expecting my dealer to contact me with it today or tomorrow.

    Great dealer to buy from, you get it at invoice or MSRP? Surprised they made you leave a deposit, I didn't have to on my Gen 1 but i got min in 14 when the demand wasn't as high - very much so towards the end of the production run.

    The price was good for me, I know in the past they were closers to invoice but I am happy. They are doing there raptors at or a little above MSRP.The service they have provided for me so far has been amazing! I received my order confirmation today they even put my order in as priority 10.

    So my dealer sent me my DORA on Thursday. The weird part is the DORA shows me at Priority 12, but that sheet in my last post which looks like it was printed out the night I posted it. The dora looks like it was printed out last week.

    My dealer is saying it's all up at corporate now and he is waiting for Info.

    Who generates this DORA ??

    I think time has slowed to a stop since we all got our orders into dealers

    The dealer is able to print out a DORA once they get it from Ford. I agree, time is going by very slow.

    Can someone clarify what that means...its freaking me out. I haven't ordered yet, and I want to know if its best if I wait still. I did my deposit and these agents are telling me I can't order yet.

    I dont think that we will be able to use COTUS to track Raptors since they are a FP vehicle. Same thing with the 350s. Couldn't track it on COTUS, updates either had to come from dealer or by calling FP.

    Can always get updates from Ford Performance on facebook. Tried it like others suggested and they did respond back.

    Been a few weeks so its time for an update.


    Monday August 29th I get a call from my salesmen stating I had three options, 1 Delete carbon fiber package, 2 wait anywhere from weeks to months because of the carbon fiber package, 3 cancel my truck order. HA! Cancel my order yeah right! So I did the only logical thing and I deleted the CF package.


    Friday September 2nd I sent a message to Ford Service on Facebook asking if I had a build date, at this point I did not and was still scheduled and clean. I did however ask if they had my priority code, which was moved to 01 earlier in the week, which is great news!!!


    One week later Friday September 8th Ford Service gives me the amazing news my truck has been scheduled and I have a build date of the week of the 24th of Oct, They also were able to give me a VIN. (VIN still does not work in COTUS)


    September 19th, another message to Ford Service they were able to give me a actual build date of October 29th


    Today September 26th, Ford Service tells me my date has been moved forward!!! My new build date is October 24th!


    Fingers crossed ill see my truck before Thanksgiving!
