    Hello Raptor brethren.

I have noticed my rear doors do not unlock when I unlock with the touch-less door handle operation on the drivers door. This has been a change since I first got the truck, but I cant pin-point when it stopped working properly. The passenger-side touch-less door unlock operation does unlock properly all doors.

So normal operation with the front passenger-side, no operation from the front drivers side. I have to open the driver door and press the inside all-door un-lock button to unlock the rear doors.

Key fob works normal, one press opens the front doors. Two presses opens all doors.

Could this be a setting perhaps?

The child-locks are on for both back doors, but again, normal if I unlock from the passenger-side, no action if i unlock from driver-side. Thanks

My truck did the same thing. Don’t know if it was something I’m FORSCAN but all I had to do was go to settings/advanced settings/vehicle/locks/remote unlock. Then just verify “All Doors” is selected. Fixed my issue

is the child safety engagement latch located next to the OSHA hook?

It’s a security feature to prevent someone hiding next to the truck can’t jump after you unlock the truck. Helps prevent car jacking or robberies. There should be a setting in either the dash or center display to change how the doors unlock. I’m not by my truck but it normally says something like drivers door only or all doors unlock.

I'm having the same issue. It's been driving me nuts. The truck is a few months old and has been unlocking all doors since I bought it but I'd say about a month ago it stopped unlocking the doors from the driver side. Oddly, it unlocks from the passenger side. Please update us if you find a fix.

Ford with Sync 3 has programmable keys and they can each be programmed differently. Lets say I want all doors unlocked but maybe my wife just wants driver door unlocked so program the 2 keys separately. Key needs to be in the ignition to program - if keyless start then in the key fob slot in the cup holder - its under the little rubber mat in the cup holder (seriously)

It's a safety feature. I have that on my X5M, you can program to unlock one door or unlock all doors. Currently I have truck in dealer shop, so I can verify where to change the setting, but as soon as I get it I will try to give you an update.
On a second note, double click unlock on keyfob will unlock all doors.

This is a great thread. I was just able to fix mine. I was wrongfully blaming forscan for the Lost functionality. There is a setting on the dash under the steering wheel controls for settings. There is a lock option and under there, the ability to set it to unlock all doors. This restored it back to normal where when I use the handle to unlock the driver's door, all the doors unlocked. My kids will be much happier and I won't have to hear the griping.
