2017 Raptor, purchased Feb 2017. Just took into shop with 2 additional issues (NOT HAPPY).

    1. Raptor went into overheat condition. After removing skid plate, found a hose on the radiator just came off. This is not rock climbing, this is dreaded turnpike use. Put the perfectly good hose one correctly and refilled the radiator. After topping off, the error faults cleared and figured would inform next oil change to get flush and proper coolant.

    2. 1 week later, it does it again. The other side. WTH!. Took into shop and insisted extent of condition.

NOTE: Already spent 6 weeks in shop due to a harness outside clamp that blew like a rats nest. Took multiple computer changes before found it.

    3. Roughly same time, starts making a bang noise from front driver. Again, turnpike is rough on a SVT. The shop said lower control arm replace and a infant mortality on bushing. Hmmm, but believable. Things happen. They replace the control arm and the noise is still there. looking at adjustment rod, and during change out notice bolts in carriage are loose. WTF!!!! Torqued down and all good. I repeat. Are you kidding me???

So if you have a 2017 Raptor, take time to check things out. Harness, bolts, tubes, we only did part of a job putting it together, so there could be incidents. Good thing wasn't in the middle of a dessert or canyon.

You probably got one of the many dreaded Ramp 59 trucks that were taken apart and reassembled several times out in trhe holding lot.

So I actually went to the rogue plant in nov 16. My truck was built in oct and was listed as being on ramp 59 for weeks. I saw no built trucks being taken apart and reassembled. So let's see some proof

A lot of us early build guys had trucks sitting on ramp 59 for weeks. So I can appreciate to the frustration from others trust me. Although the link you sent from another forum is all about that frustration it doesn't prove trucks were being taken apart and reassemble on ramp 59.

Really?? You never Google ramp 59 for your truck??? It's a rework cell for production issues.
