With the new 2017 Raptor hitting dealer showrooms SVC Offroad has been hard at work the past few months developing new products, and improving on their current line-up of high performance products for Fords new flagship F-150, the 2017 Raptor. Ford stepped up their game on this truck with offering Fox 3.0 IBP coil-overs as a factory equipment. As great as these are going to be compared to the old 2.5 IBP shocks, Ford took away one of the main things what we all loved about the original, and that's the ability to adjust ride height. Now there is a solution that doesn't just offer you a simple one height fits all adjustment, such as mid or top perch, or adding a spacer.

SVC Offroad has developed a new hybrid system known as C.A.S. or Coil-Adjustment-System. The new C.A.S. System will turn your static front coil-over into a direct drop on threaded body coil-over, basically turning it into a true infinite height adjustable coil-over as found on all aftermarket 3.0 Systems

The new C.A.S. setup will allow the following

    - Infinite height adjustment up to original Top Perch height (from .25" up to approximately 3" of height adjustment)

    - Allow for front end corner balancing

    - Allow for infinite front suspension adjustments to compensate for added weights. EX: if you add a heavy front bumper with a winch, or you add tons of lights, you don't limit yourself to just one height fits all.

    - Designed to fit directly over coil-over

    - Manufactured in the U.S.A.

Official retail price will be $549.00 after the first initial batch is sold. For those who get in on the first batch of 50 sets, pricing will be $469.00!!!

And just what do you get for $469.00?

You get two sets of C.A.S. Systems and 4 custom built SVC schrader valves so you can have the ability to rebuild and recharge your factory shocks without specialized tools needed.

Unfortunately Ford requested that Fox develop a better way to charge the shocks for production on the Gen 2's. The issue with the new system is there is no way possible for anyone other than Fox at this point to recharge a shock because of a special machine required to do so.

Well SVC came up with a system that allows customers need to have the ability to maintain their own shocks without having to send them out. Now with the new set of schrader valves, you can unscrew the factory allen screw, let the air out and re-screw the new SVC schrader valve in. After that, hit it with 200 psi for the front shocks and you are good to go. NO special tools needed. No waiting on Fox to get your shocks back to you, and no issues finding dealers all over the country that can easily service them for you.

Thanks again and we look forward to seeing C.A.S. systems on trucks all over the country!

Still running this special? Any feedback on these things from people who have actually used them?

This special has ended, but SVC does have some inventory left from their 2nd production run. All feedback has been super positive! Lots of customers have been able to successfully fit 37" tires and with this system in particular, you can fine tune the exact amount of lift on each corner.

How involved is it to change heights once the device is installed?
